Michelle's Story
Michelle is a highly skilled corporate professional with nearly 30 years’ experience in footwear/apparel supply, the majority of which, she was responsible for managing the operational requirements of all US and Canada retailers for global brand PUMA and Cobra Golf finishing strong in 2025 as Senior Director of Supply Chain Compliance.
While navigating through several market and global challenges such as changes in leadership, layoffs, brand acquisitions, 9/11, COVID, and most recently tariffs, she focused attention on effective efficiencies by creating multi department collaborative groups with internal and external stakeholders, designing, documenting, and distributing process solutions, and fostering relationships with key brand retailers such as Amazon, Dicks’s Sporting Goods, Porsche, and FGL Canada.

Recognizing the power of effective teams and positive employee motivation on productivity, in 2024 Michelle completed a master’s degree in industrial & organizational psychology focusing on collaborations, employee value, leadership skills, and organizational consulting strengthening her experience in the corporate environment with education.
Michelle resides in Worcester MA with her husband and her growing family nearby. A hard-core Patriots football fan, she also loves nature, animals, paint by number, and frequent visits to see her Maine family. Always up for a new challenge, she completed the Disney Marathon in 2016 and hiked the summit of Mt. Whitney in California.
