Whole Person Leadership Development for Senior Leaders
This “hybrid” yearlong program consists of three in person training sessions and twelve-monthly one-on-one coaching sessions. Program requires a minimum of four participants and includes three assessments: Stakeholder Profile, EQ-I Assessment, and Whole Person Leadership Self-Assessment. The coaching portion is available for individual clients without the training portion of the program.
The Fully Engaged Leader Course
Based on Neil Yeager’s Whole Person Seventh Prism framework, this two-day course teaches leaders how to conduct themselves in a fully engaged way. Intensive practice sessions are built into the program to focus on building participants’ engagement skills. Participants leave the program having experienced real time skill building in helping each other solve real world workplace issues.
